My Artist of the Month goes to the boys that rock in Sleeping with Sirens! Feel, their third full-length album was released yesterday, June 4, so I felt it was only appropriate to share why I love them.
So intrigued by frontman Kellin Quinn’s unique vocals blended with hardcore influences, I saw an obvious spark in the quintet. “If I’m James Dean, You’re Audrey Hepburn” soon became my favorite song. Sleeping with Sirens possess that quality where they can write a song, and it sticks with you. My first year at Warped tour I was lucky enough to see these guys play. A moment I will never forget.
SWS has grown as a band, which is evident on the very anticipated Feel. Kellin opens up to his fans sharing more personal stories within his lyrics. That's what makes it so special. No need to panic though; they still have that edge we all know and love.
Some girls were just born with music in their veins.
